Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping costs. The item must be returned, unused, or used, in good condition, and with all paperwork to ensure full credit. A reason for less than 100% satisfaction must be written on the packing slip when returning product. Opabox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Send the product and receipt to our Returns Department. Pack the items carefully and securely. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Finance Department at 417.380.8720 within 30 days of delivery. Please supply your order number and item number from your original order. Opabox will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. We do require the return of damaged product prior to replacement.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Refund Policy

Package Loss:
Customers are required to submit a claim for a lost package with in 60 days from the date of purchase. Please email us here: A formal inquiry will be submitted with the carrier about your package After a formal inquiry as been submitted and satisfied, we will offer you a replacement shipment or a refund.

Package Refusal by Customer:
If a customer refuses a package, for any reason, the customer will be refunded for the price of the products only, minus a 20% restocking fee. Reasons for refusal include, but are not limited to: unanticipated customs fees, change of mind, etc. The customer will also be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred by Opabox LLC due to refusal.

Customs Seizure of package, Destroyed or Un-Returned:
If your package is seized, destroyed or un-returned by customs there will be no refunds. International Orders are placed at your own risk. Please make sure you contact your local customs facilities on regulations/restrictions before you make a purchase.

Received Wrong/Damaged item?
If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. You will be issued a refund for the amount of the item. Due to the cost of shipping, we are unable to send our replacement shipments.
